Cancellation, Return & Refunds
The order can be cancelled any time before the order has been “Dispatched”. Reach out to the company’s customer care team for cancellation. In case the amount has been paid, a refund would be initiated to the account used for purchase. We have a "no questions asked return policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit back to the account used for purchase. While we are going through COVID-19 situation, we strongly encourage to check the product at the time of delivery. To reduce the touchpoints, we do not take return orders after successfully delivering the products. This is until further notice. We would revisit this after the end of the pandemic.
